Telecaller (Female)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain services, offers, and resolve client queries over the phone.
• Maintain daily call records and follow up with interested clients.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Confidence in speaking with new people and handling objections.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
