After Confirmation we send Car and Driver details through SMS to Traveler and Booker.

Driver and car before going to duty our concern person checks the car and Driver and once he gives OK driver proceed for the duty.

Car report to the traveler pickup address we send the car reporting SMS to Traveler and Booker.

After pickup done we send pickup done SMS to Booker.Therefore driver are not allowed pick up the phone while driving.
