Booking and Payment: Cab bookings can be made through our mobile app, website, or by calling our customer service. Payment can be made in cash or through authorized payment methods specified by us. You agree to pay the applicable fare, including any additional charges such as tolls or parking fees.
Cancellation and No-show: If you wish to cancel a cab booking, you must do so within the specified cancellation period to avoid any cancellation fees. Failure to cancel within the specified period or not showing up for the booked cab may result in a no-show fee.
Conduct and Safety: You agree to behave respectfully towards our drivers and other passengers. Any abusive, offensive, or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your ride. You are responsible for your own safety during the ride and should use seat belts and follow all traffic laws.
Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the use of our cab services, except where required by law. We recommend keeping your personal belongings secure and not leaving any valuables in the cab.
Feedback and Complaints: We welcome your feedback and strive to provide excellent service. If you have any complaints or concerns, please contact our customer service, and we will address them promptly.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our cab services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities.
Changes to Terms: We may update or modify these Terms of Use from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our cab services after any changes indicate your acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law: These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the cab services are provided. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
